Hi Adele, the day went really well. Ron is an excellent yoga and wellbeing coach, very good with teenagers. Most were completely engaged in the workshop and walked out relaxed, calm and with a good few tips on how to stay calm under pressure and manage their emotions.

Yoga for wellbeing workshop Ramridge Primary School
The workshops were fantastic! I have had such positive feedback from our children and all staff members. The instructors were brilliant, and offered really well planned and appropriate sessions for the different age groups. We have already decided to run our well-being week again next year and would love to work with you again. I will also be highly recommending your company to as many people as I can.
Also, thank you for making the organisation and booking so easy- it really has been a fantastic two days with your team, so thank you! I will be in touch soon. Kate
Yoga Workshops These workshops offer pupils a chance to experience the delights of yoga and relaxation. Classes are designed to stimulate pupils' powers of imagination, maintain their natural flexibility and teach them to breathe correctly. Some of the overall benefits to them are improved concentration levels, better sleep patterns, greater self- esteem and a stronger immune system.
Packages for Foundation and Key Stage One
Yoga for this age range is great for creative thinking. Pupils are led through creative stories and exciting adventures that stimulate their imagination and help to maintain their natural flexibility. Whilst enjoying a variety of safe postures, they sing songs, play games and work together. Stimulus includes music, songs rhymes, puppets and the childs natural curiosity and ideas to develop the story.
Stories used can be based around planning and topic themes and involve a wonderful combination of stretches, back arches, twists and balances. These combine to support and strengthen pupils, not only physically but also mentally by building confidence in themselves and improving their concentration. Pupils have the opportunity to integrate balance, co-ordination and movement along with scope to develop their powers of imagination and creativity.
Packages for Key Stage 2
In these workshops the pupils are introduced to challenging postures through fun class plans that stimulate their imagination and help to maintain their natural flexibility. Whilst enjoying a variety of safe postures, they learn the importance of looking after their bodies, by working on postures for their necks, backs, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles. They will be introduced to yoga games and partner work which encourage pupils to work in teams and develop their coordination. Classes bring together a combination of stretches, back arches, twists and balances. These help to support and strengthen their bodies, not only physically but also mentally by building confidence in themselves, improving their concentration and helping them to sleep better. All sessions include: warm up and breathing exercises, a focused theme, relaxation and visualization techniques.
Packages for Key Stage 3 and above
Yoga for teenagers is similar to the sessions delivered for Key stage 2 however postures can be developed further and the children are made aware of the benefits of poses and how these can be used to help them through difficult or stressful situations.
The format remains the same and sessions include warm up, breathing exercises, themed idea and end with a lovely relaxation!
The advantage with yoga is that it is a totally non competitive activity that is all inclusive.
Workshops Sessions are 30/60 minutes long, and are taught during the school day, as a workshop or even during PPA time. Classes can also be offered as an After School Clubs.
Healthy school workshop days can be delivered to classes of children for a whole day or longer as desired.
Workshops can also operate on a half termly basis. Please contact us to discuss classes or make a booking .
Feedback
I was unfortunately not able to actually be in the workshop but the feedback from the staff that were said it was amazing. Pitched at exactly the right level, good pace for the children and all the children were smiling and engaged throughout. In fact when the children came back to the Nursery classroom some were even imitating some of the moves! It is not often that you across providers that are so good with the really little ones!
We are already planning which workshop to invite you back in for!
Thank you for being so efficient with the booking and thank you to Gracie for being such a trooper with an injured foot and for being so amazing with the children!
Yoga for stress Relief workshop for KEY STAGE 3/4
Thank you for putting on the yoga sessions. We were very pleased with the way the day went. We are in the process of analysing the questionnaires. Over 70 rated yoga as the best part of the day which is great. Some other students found it difficult but that was always going to be the case! Thanks again to you and your very professional teachers. Finham Park Coventry March 2016
International Journey themed yoga for Key Stage 1 March 2016
An amazing experience linked well with all areas of development. Thank you, highly recommended.
The content was fantastic! The story was interesting and caught the children attention. They were 100% focused the entire session and clearly loved every moment. Thank you so much.
