Whole School Safeguarding and Child Protection Training
We can provide Safeguarding Training for the 'whole school' - this can include your teaching staff, lunchtime supervisors, pastoral staff, administrators, governors and anyone else working in the school.
This session offers the foundation knowledge your school staff need to know in order to keep children safe.

Keeping Children Safe in Education September 2018
The training covers the key areas identified in Part 1 of Keeping Children Safe in Education 2018 and includes:
The kinds of harm children and young people may experience,
- The signs of abuse and neglect.
- What to do if you have concerns about children’s safety and wellbeing.
- Recording and communicating concerns.
- What is likely to happen once you have informed someone about those concerns.
- Escalating concerns.
- Understand issues of lack of cooperation and non-compliance.
Individual or Group Supervision Sessions
Effective professional Supervision offers professionals working with children and families a platform to:
- Develop good practice and ensure decisions are based on sound evidence and assessment of risk
- Challenge and manage poor practice.
- Ensure legislation, national and local policies, procedures and standards are understood and
are correctly applied - Support workers to reflect and learn.
- Prevent Drift
- Access support to implement changes
- Get complex case advice guidance and support

Supervision Offer Includes:
- Dedicated sessions for groups or individual members of staff at schools or settings
- Clear CSAWS Supervision Policy, with practice that adheres to and supports the policy
- Written Supervision Agreement
- Planned and well-structured Supervision session Held in an appropriate place and free of
interruption.
